Genomix Biotech is in a unique position to leverage the “India Advantage”. By establishing our operational facilities in Hyderabad, India, Genomix Biotech will have excellent scientific and intellectual resources as well as the cost arbitrage. These two aspects will give a distinct advantage for future market penetration and sales. The company believes that it can capture a substantial market share rapidly, because researchers and clinicians will be able to use cheaper and specific diagnostics. The company will continue manufacturing to gear to the needs of the diagnostic as well as the clinical laboratories. We will continue to introduce new products for specific infectious diseases and cancer & diabetics targets. The novel diagnostic tests developed by Genomix Biotech will be patentable content and will lead to additional proprietary cancer tests in the future. We will leverage our core competencies by partnering with leading pharmaceutical (Biovel) and diagnostic companies like ESE (Germany) to obtain the ideal clinical collaborations, analytical instrumentation, regulatory approval, and distribution channels. Genomix Biotech plans to establish a diagnostics service center to provide specific Microarray testing and analysis services to cancer and diabetes hospitals accordingly.

Statement of Capital Needs:

Genomix Biotech will seek $3 million to build a staff base and to fund operating expenditure for two years. At that point the Company should have a neutral cash flow from its rapidly expanding diagnostics operation, and a greatly expanded intellectual property portfolio. As a biotech investment opportunity, Genomix ., will be unusual in that it couples relatively low start-up and initial costs, an early revenue stream, and significant scope for growth in asset value based projected unique products and services.
